Each workout will consist of two rounds of two di erent circuits. This in total means 4 x 7 minute rounds 28 minutes. In between each circuit you can have 30 90 seconds rest as you need. Drink water between rounds as you feel is necessary, but not too much, as this may make you feel sick.

For example, circuit one might look like: 15 burpees, 15 push-ups, 20 jumping jacks, and 20 lunges on each leg. You repeat circuit one as many times as you can within seven minutes at your own pace. You'll take a one-minute break and do the same thing with circuit two, which will be a new set of four exercise moves.
How long does it take to see results from BBG?
